Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tomeer ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3. Services & Marketplace

Tomeer is a marketplace connecting clients with independent professionals. Tomeer is not a party to any service agreement between clients and professionals. Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Tomeer.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Funds are held in escrow until the client approves the delivered work. Tomeer charges a service fee on each transaction. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

• Client service fee: 10% of the order amount
• Professional service fee: 10% of earnings
• Payment processing fees apply as per the payment provider

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus processing fees
• Within 24 hours of starting: 5% cancellation fee
• After 48 hours: 15% cancellation fee
• Completed milestones are non-refundable

6. Disputes

If a client and professional cannot resolve an issue, either party may open a dispute. Our team will review the case and make a fair resolution. Both parties agree to comply with the resolution.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing platform payments
• Creating fake accounts or reviews
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Misrepresenting qualifications or services

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Professionals retain the right to showcase work in their portfolio.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tomeer provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services exchanged between users. Our total liability is limited to the fees collected on the specific transaction in question.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
